Are your peptides intended for human use?
No. All products sold by Northwest Peptides are Research Use Only (RUO) and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, clinical use, or therapeutic applications. Please review our Terms & Conditions for details.
Are your peptides tested for quality? Do you provide COAs?
Yes. We maintain quality standards and can provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for applicable batches upon request. To request a COA, contact support@northwestpeptides.com with your order number and product name.
How should I store peptides?
Store products according to the guidance on the product label and any documentation provided. In general, keep vials sealed, dry, and protected from heat, moisture, and light. If you have questions about storage for a specific item, email support@northwestpeptides.com.
What is the shelf life of your peptides?
Shelf life varies by product and storage conditions. When stored properly, many lyophilized products are typically stable for extended periods. Refer to your product label and any available COA for the most accurate information.
Can I return my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery time depends on the carrier method selected at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. See our Shipping Policy for delivery and proof-of-delivery details.
What if my package shows “Delivered” but I can’t find it?
Carrier “Delivered” scans are considered proof of delivery. Please check with household members/neighbors and any secure delivery locations first, then contact the carrier to open an inquiry if needed. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How fast is shipping?
Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for the full policy. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, contact support@northwestpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist.
Do you offer bulk pricing or lab partnerships?
Yes—some volume pricing may be available for qualified labs/institutions. Contact support@northwestpeptides.com with what you need and approximate quantities.

All peptides are securely packaged in sterile vials and protected with discreet, durable shipping materials to maintain their integrity during transit.
