Refund and Returns Policy

Product information is provided for identification and laboratory research reference only; we do not provide medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic guidance.


Northwest Peptides products are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical use. Due to product integrity and quality control requirements, we do not accept returns of any products once shipped, including opened, used, or sealed items, except where required by law.


All Sales Final
All purchases are considered final sale once an order has been processed for shipment.

 

When We’ll Make It Right (Eligible Issues)
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will work with you to resolve it:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Wrong item received

  • Missing item(s) from your shipment

Reporting Window
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (based on carrier tracking) to be eligible for review.


What to Send Us
Email support@northwestpeptides.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the outer shipping box, inner packaging, and product label(s) (and damage, if applicable)

Resolutions
If your claim is approved, we may provide one of the following (at our discretion):

  • Replacement shipment

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method (when appropriate)

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer replacements, credits, or refunds for:

  • Requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery

  • Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout

  • Packages marked Delivered by the carrier are treated as fulfilled; if a package is missing after delivery, customers must work with the carrier and/or local authorities as needed (see Shipping Policy

  • Preference-based requests (e.g., “changed my mind,” “no longer needed,” etc.)

  • Orders returned to sender due to refusal, failed delivery, or incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before fulfillment (i.e., before the order is processed for shipment / label creation). Once an order is processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.


Chargebacks & Billing Disputes
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at support@northwestpeptides.com so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback does not expedite resolution and may delay investigation while the carrier and payment provider review the dispute.
