Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
We ship using the carrier options displayed at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery & Proof of Delivery
Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation (including “Delivered” scans) are considered proof of delivery and fulfillment. After an order is marked delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Delivered but Missing (Porch Theft / Mis-delivery)
If tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate the package:

Check with household members, neighbors, and any secure delivery locations.

Contact the carrier to request delivery details and open an investigation.

If needed, file a local report for theft.
We may assist with documentation; however, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Damage in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact support@northwestpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the outer shipping box, inner packaging, and product label(s)

Photos of any damage
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (when appropriate).
Shipping Delays
Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other events outside our control may occur.
Protective / Temperature-Controlled Packaging
Protective or temperature-controlled packaging may be used when appropriate; however, transit conditions and carrier handling are outside our control.
