1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from the Northwest Peptides website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order.
These Terms incorporate, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Research Use Only (RUO)

All products sold by Northwest Peptides are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes only. Products are not for human or animal consumption, and are not intended for medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary use.

You acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing products for lawful research use only and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Product Use Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Products must be handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable safety practices and regulations.

• You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of all products.

• Northwest Peptides is not liable for misuse, improper handling, unauthorized applications, or use contrary to these Terms.

Product information is provided for identification and laboratory research reference only. We do not provide medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic guidance.

4. Ordering & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or availability issues. Prices, product details, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed using the methods made available at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information when placing an order.

Billing Disputes / Chargebacks: If there is any issue with an order, please contact us at support@northwestpeptides.com so we can help resolve it. Filing a billing dispute may delay resolution while the payment provider reviews the claim.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines may vary based on destination, carrier performance, and other factors outside our control. Once an order is shipped, delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are beyond our control.

• Proof of Delivery: Carrier tracking and delivery confirmation (including “Delivered” scans) are considered proof of delivery and fulfillment.

• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require reshipment at the customer’s expense.

• Packaging: Temperature-controlled or protective packaging may be used when appropriate.

6. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of research materials and product integrity requirements, we do not accept returns of products once shipped, including opened, used, or sealed items, except where required by law.

If an order arrives damaged in transit, incorrect, or missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery (based on carrier tracking) to be eligible for review. Photo documentation may be required, including photos of the outer shipping box, inner packaging, and product label(s).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northwest Peptides and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to:

• The use or misuse of products

• The use of the Site or inability to access the Site

• Shipping delays, carrier issues, or delivery problems beyond our control

• Any errors or omissions in content provided on the Site

Your use of the Site and purchase of products is at your own risk.
