5. Customer Representations and Responsibilities

Northwest Peptides strives to provide accurate product information, including product names, sizes, specifications, batch information, and Certificates of Analysis where available.

However, product information may be updated, corrected, or changed at any time. Product images are representative only. Packaging, labels, appearance, vial fill presentation, lyophilized cake structure, color, texture, or visible volume may vary between batches.

Lyophilized research materials may appear as a puck, cake, powder, film, flakes, residue, or small visible amount inside the vial. Visible appearance is not necessarily an indicator of product amount, quality, concentration, or identity.

7. Quality Assurance and Product Testing

Northwest Peptides is committed to product transparency and quality documentation. Where available, products may include batch-specific Certificates of Analysis, purity data, HPLC results, identity-related documentation, or other supporting information.

A Certificate of Analysis is provided for informational and research documentation purposes only. COAs do not convert a Research Use Only product into a drug, medication, supplement, cosmetic, food product, medical device, veterinary product, or product suitable for human or animal use.

Testing methods, reporting format, and available documentation may vary by product, batch, supplier, or testing provider.

8. Regulatory Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations, import restrictions, licensing requirements, institutional requirements, and research standards applicable to their purchase, possession, handling, storage, transport, and use of products purchased from Northwest Peptides.

Northwest Peptides makes no representation that any product is lawful for purchase, possession, import, export, resale, or use in every jurisdiction.

Coupon abuse, duplicate account creation, self-referral, unauthorized sharing, fraudulent use, or misuse of promotional offers may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or removal of promotional benefits.

14. Shipping

Shipping terms are governed by the Northwest Peptides Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Northwest Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, payment review, fraud screening, compliance review, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Same-day shipping cutoffs, when available, refer to order shipment processing and do not guarantee same-day delivery.

15. Returns, Replacements, and Order Issues

Returns, replacements, refunds, damaged shipment claims, missing item claims, wrong item claims, and related order issues are governed by the Northwest Peptides Returns & Replacement Policy.

Due to the nature of Research Use Only materials, products generally may not be returned once shipped except as expressly stated in that policy.

Customers may be required to provide order numbers, photographs, packaging photos, product labels, batch numbers, shipping materials, or other documentation before a claim can be reviewed.

Complimentary materials are not guaranteed, may not be sold separately, and do not alter the Research Use Only designation of any product.
