Northwest Peptides does not operate as a pharmacy, medical provider, compounding facility, telehealth service, supplement company, food company, veterinary supplier, or healthcare provider.

All products offered by Northwest Peptides are intended solely for lawful laboratory research purposes. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, prevention of disease, compounding, medical use, cosmetic use, or any other personal-use purpose.

3. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to purchase Research Use Only materials in your jurisdiction.
• You are purchasing products solely for lawful laboratory research purposes.
• You will not use, encourage, resell, transfer, or permit use of any product for human or veterinary consumption.
• You understand that Northwest Peptides does not provide medical, dosing, administration, injection, reconstitution, treatment, or personal-use guidance.

Northwest Peptides reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, or close accounts at its sole discretion.

By placing an order, you represent and agree that:

• All account, billing, shipping, and contact information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your intended lawful research purpose.
• You will not use Northwest Peptides products for human or veterinary use.
• You will not request or rely on Northwest Peptides for medical, dosing, administration, injection, reconstitution, treatment, diagnostic, or personal-use guidance.
• You will store, handle, and dispose of products responsibly and in accordance with applicable research standards.

Northwest Peptides is not responsible for misuse, improper handling, unlawful possession, unlawful resale, misrepresentation, or any use inconsistent with Research Use Only labeling.

6. Product Information

Northwest Peptides strives to provide accurate product information, including product names, sizes, specifications, batch information, and Certificates of Analysis where available.

However, product information may be updated, corrected, or changed at any time. Product images are representative only. Packaging, labels, appearance, vial fill presentation, lyophilized cake structure, color, texture, or visible volume may vary between batches.

Lyophilized research materials may appear as a puck, cake, powder, film, flakes, residue, or small visible amount inside the vial. Visible appearance is not necessarily an indicator of product amount, quality, concentration, or identity.

7. Quality Assurance and Product Testing

Northwest Peptides is committed to product transparency and quality documentation. Where available, products may include batch-specific Certificates of Analysis, purity data, HPLC results, identity-related documentation, or other supporting information.

A Certificate of Analysis is provided for informational and research documentation purposes only. COAs do not convert a Research Use Only product into a drug, medication, supplement, cosmetic, food product, medical device, veterinary product, or product suitable for human or animal use.

Testing methods, reporting format, and available documentation may vary by product, batch, supplier, or testing provider.

8. Regulatory Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations, import restrictions, licensing requirements, institutional requirements, and research standards applicable to their purchase, possession, handling, storage, transport, and use of products purchased from Northwest Peptides.

Northwest Peptides makes no representation that any product is lawful for purchase, possession, import, export, resale, or use in every jurisdiction.

Northwest Peptides reserves the right to restrict, refuse, cancel, or refund orders when compliance concerns, jurisdictional concerns, payment concerns, fraud concerns, inventory issues, or other business reasons arise.

Northwest Peptides may require customers to create an account, verify information, accept checkout acknowledgments, agree to Research Use Only terms, or complete other verification steps before placing an order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Northwest Peptides may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit false information, engage in suspicious activity, misuse promotions, initiate improper chargebacks, or otherwise create compliance, fraud, or business risk.

10. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Order confirmation emails confirm that an order was received, not that it has been finally accepted, processed, or shipped.

Northwest Peptides reserves the right to:

• Refuse any order
• Cancel any order
• Limit quantities
• Require additional verification
• Delay processing for review
• Correct pricing or product errors
• Restrict purchases by customer, account, address, region, or payment method
• Cancel orders that violate policy or present risk

If an order is cancelled before shipment, Northwest Peptides may issue a refund according to the payment method and processor rules applicable to the transaction.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, product availability, shipping options, and product specifications are subject to change without notice.

Northwest Peptides reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, inaccurate product listings, inventory discrepancies, or promotional mistakes at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change at any time.

Northwest Peptides may use third-party payment processors, fraud screening services, bank payment providers, card processors, or other payment platforms to process transactions.

Orders may be delayed, declined, cancelled, or held for review due to payment verification, fraud screening, processor review, bank review, customer information mismatch, suspected misuse, or other risk factors.

Northwest Peptides does not guarantee approval of any payment method.

13. Coupons, Discounts, and Promotions

Coupons, discounts, rewards, store credits, affiliate codes, first-time customer promotions, or other offers may be subject to additional terms.

Northwest Peptides reserves the right to modify, limit, reject, cancel, or discontinue any promotion at any time.

Coupon abuse, duplicate account creation, self-referral, unauthorized sharing, fraudulent use, or misuse of promotional offers may result in order cancellation, account restriction, or removal of promotional benefits.

14. Shipping

Shipping terms are governed by the Northwest Peptides Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Northwest Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, payment review, fraud screening, compliance review, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Same-day shipping cutoffs, when available, refer to order shipment processing and do not guarantee same-day delivery.

15. Returns, Replacements, and Order Issues

Returns, replacements, refunds, damaged shipment claims, missing item claims, wrong item claims, and related order issues are governed by the Northwest Peptides Returns & Replacement Policy.

Due to the nature of Research Use Only materials, products generally may not be returned once shipped except as expressly stated in that policy.

Customers may be required to provide order numbers, photographs, packaging photos, product labels, batch numbers, shipping materials, or other documentation before a claim can be reviewed.

16. Complimentary Materials

Northwest Peptides may, when available, include complimentary research-use materials or accessories with qualifying orders. Complimentary items are provided at Northwest Peptides’ discretion, subject to availability, and may change or be discontinued at any time.

Complimentary materials are not guaranteed, may not be sold separately, and do not alter the Research Use Only designation of any product.

Nothing on the website should be interpreted as medical advice, veterinary advice, dosing guidance, treatment guidance, diagnostic guidance, administration instructions, reconstitution instructions, compounding guidance, or a recommendation for personal use.

Northwest Peptides does not provide advice regarding the use of any product in humans or animals.

18. Prohibited Uses

• Use products for human or veterinary consumption.
• Use products for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cure, mitigation, compounding, cosmetic use, or medical use.
• Resell products in a misleading, unlawful, or non-RUO manner.
• Request dosing, injection, administration, reconstitution, medical, or personal-use guidance.
• Submit false account, billing, or shipping information.
• Use the website for fraudulent activity.
• Interfere with website security or operation.
• Copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse website content.
• Violate applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

Violation of this section may result in order cancellation, account termination, refusal of service, or other appropriate action.
